A set of 3 different kits allowing you to grow a variety of delicious oyster mushrooms.
Oyster mushrooms are easy to grow. They have a classic mushroom flavour and are brilliantly versatile in all areas of cooking. You can keep your kits in a light and airy spot where you’ll remember to water it once a day and watch it grow. They don’t need to be grown in the dark – kept indoors, in a kitchen is the perfect environment – giving them the right light and temperature to thrive.
We hand-make all our kits in small batches, ready to post to ensure the best quality product is delivered straight to your door and is ready to grow.
Important Information
Please store in a cool dark location - all growing and storage instructions for the individual kits vary and are detailed on and inside the kit labels.
We guarantee to get you growing your 1st flush, you can follow the instructions to grow subsequent flushes. You can grow up to 250g of fresh Grey Oyster Mushrooms over 2 harvests.

If you do not state a preferred dispatch date for your first kit we will post at the first available date, and subsequent kits will be posted the following 2 months.
We are unable to ship our mushroom products internationally.
On occasion, we will post via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked, on these instances you will receive an email from us when your item/s have been shipped.
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery and contact us within 7-10 days if you have not received your items.

Use by dates: Your Grey and Yellow Oyster Mushroom kit must be opened within 1 month from receipt and your Pink Oyster mushroom should started within a week as these mushroom don’t like to wait around.
Storage: Please keep only your Grey and Yellows refrigerated for up to a month. While growing keep in a bright spot but out of direct sunlight and remember to water daily – PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.
Inside your kit: fully colonized substrate block, full set of growing instruction and growing guidance, outer bag and branded collar. Recycling your kit: All paper and card can be recycled with your standard card recycling. The plastic bag can be cleaned and recycled with your soft plastic recycling. The outer bag and substrate block can be composted or disposed of along with your normal food waste.
